This invigorating class is based on sun salutations, which link the movement of the body with the breath, and statically held postures from the hot series. Baptiste-inspired vinyasa utilizes longer hold times and transition periods which allow you to build strength, to gain flexibility, and to develop endurance in your yoga practice. The class is 60 minutes in length and led by a Level 1 and 2 Baptiste trained instructor. Room temperature is warm (90-93°F). While all levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged to participate in the NBalance Hot Yoga or vinyasa classes prior to participating in this class.
