SPINFIT Combination classes provide semi-private training in a variety of interval based combinations! These classes are part of NBalance’s signature N-n-Out workouts where you can complete cardio and strength training in one fast workout. SPINFIT classes combine two or three training modes into a fun-filled, calorie burning hour. Perfect for those who want to get it all done at once or for when you are looking to change it up.
Select from a variety of SPINFIT classes to create a complete balanced workout that incorporates endurance, strength, mobility and flexibility. Prior registration is required since all are limited to 6 participants to provide individual instruction in a semi-private training enviornment. SPINFIT combos include the following:
SPINFIT CARDIO/FIT: This is one of NBalance’s signature “N-n-Out” workouts where you complete cardio training and metabolic strength training in one workout. Cariod/FIT is a results driven, efficient, fun workout that utilizes high intensity cardio and strength intervals to create a metabolic training program. You will move between 2-3 min intervals of indoor cycling interspersed with strength intervals using TRX, body weight, bands, weighted balls, and kettlebells. Class size is limited to 6, online pre-registration is required.
SPINFIT Indoor Cycle/TRX: 20 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 20 minutes of TRX suspension training. The class features cycling intervals of strength, hill or endurance training zones followed by upper body and core training with the TRX suspension trainer. Class size is limited to 6, online pre-registration is required.
SPINFIT Indoor Cycle/Yoga: 20 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 20 minutes of yoga for cyclists. The cycling ride type will vary between endurance, strength or intervals and the yoga component utilizes specific postures that stretch and lengthen muscles used during the ride and strengthens opposing muscle groups. Class size is limited to 6, online pre-registration is required.
