The first Yoga on Tap was a huge success, and we look forward to bringing you Vinyasa Vibes on Monday, August 28th from 6:00-7:00pm. Tickets are available online, and any remaining spaces will be sold at the door on a first-come first-serve basis. Since the first event sold out, then we encourage you to purchase your tickets ahead of time. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
We are excited to announce that we are teaming up with the Tap Room and Blackhorse Pub and Brewery to bring Yoga on Tap to Clarksville. The Tap Room will host these events on the second and fourth Mondays of August and September. The cost is $8, and includes a 60 minute yoga class and a free beer. Jane will be leading the Franklin Street Flow on August 14th to kick it off and we hope to see you there!
Join us in celebrating the eclipse season in August by attending a 75 minute fusion class at NBalance Hot Yoga and Fitness. The lunar eclipse class will be in a candlelit room and infuse yin with vinyasa flow, and a solar eclipse class will be on August 21st. Plan on staying afterwards for drinks and community banter.
We are taking it up a level on Saturday in our Level 2: Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop. We will build on the previous postures and you will learn how to integrate them into transitions to build a stronger practice.
