POWER YOGA

A vigorous vinyasa flow sequence of asanas that utilizes longer transition periods between anasas to allow a focus on building and developing strength, endurance, and flexibility.  This class incorporates several arm balances into the flow, so more advanced yogis are preferred. Classes are accompanied by energizing music and the room temperature is warm, (90-93°F).  While all levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged to participate in the NBalance Hot Yoga or Vinyasa classes prior to participating in this class, and more advanced yogis are preferred.
