Now offering YOGA LITE!!!! Perfect for those desiring less heat, or those who are new to yoga OR older individuals. Yoga Lite is offered as Hot Yoga Lite and Vinyasa Lite.

6:30 -7:00 pm Pilates (beginning 4/29/13)
7:00-8:00 pm Hot Yoga
Tuesday
5:30-6:30 am Morning Vinyasa (beginning 4/23/13)
8:30-9:30 am Power Yoga (no class on 4/23/13)
4:00-4:30 pm Yoga For Seniors (new class beginning 4/23/13)
4:30-5:00 pm Tai Chi (new class beginning 4/23/13)
6:00 – 7:00 pm Hot Fusion
