Intro to Yoga Class- Thursdays at 5:30pm

Are you interested in practicing yoga but don’t know where to start? Are you curious about more details and alignment in postures for your body type? Well, No Fear Yoga is the class for you. We will go through the postures of our hot series and the basics of vinyasa to help you build a strong foundation for practice. The class is on Thursdays at 5:30pm, and we hope to see you there!
