Hot Yoga Fusion


This is a signature class of NBalance in which a vinyasa flow is incorporated between sections of our Hot Yoga series postures.  The vinyasa flow creates a cardio workout that builds muscle strength and endurance, while the floor series focuses on hip and shoulder openers, building core strength, and using breath control for relaxation.  Room temperature is  hot (95-98⁰F).  All levels of yoga practice are welcome.
