Hot Yoga


NBalance Hot Yoga is our series of Hatha yoga asanas, or postures, that are performed in a hot room heated to approximately 100⁰F.  Each asana is held statically, ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute, which allows you to focus on breath control and proper alignment  in order develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. NBalance Hot Yoga classes vary in length from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, but the class length is indicated on our schedule. This class is great for all levels of yoga practice, ranging from beginners to advanced yogis.
