A flow style of Hatha yoga in which you are instructed to link your breath with movement as you transition from one asana (posture) to the next.  This sequence of asanas is moderately paced, set to invigorating music and focuses on developing strength while opening the shoulders, hips and spine.   NBalance vinyasa classes range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes in length and are performed in a warm room (88-93⁰F).   All levels of yoga practice are welcome.
