Athletes benefit from yoga in many different ways.
Yoga increases flexibility in the shoulders, hips, and hamstrings, but practice in our infrared heat yields significant results after a class or two. Increased flexibility not only promotes mobility in the joints, but also decreases the risk of injury. Furthermore, yoga practice can help individuals improve their focus and concentration. Jane has worked with the MCHS girl’s volleyball team, APSU’s baseball team, CA’s boy’s soccer and baseball team, CHS’s baseball team, as well as individual athletes for specific results.
