Hot Yoga – NBalance Series

This is our sequence of Hatha yoga asanas, or postures, which provides a comprehensive workout that engages the body and the mind. Each asana is held statically, ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute, which not only develops strength and increases range of motion but also allows time to focus on the breath and proper alignment.  The cumulative series and the heat of the room (hot- approximately 100⁰F) work together to increase blood and oxygen flow which results in a high caloric burn that also brings about a sense of calm clarity to the mind.  Classes vary in length from 45 minutes to 90 minutes (see schedule), and this class is great for all levels of yoga practice (ranging from beginners to advanced yogis).

A guided savasana and pranayama help to ease the body and mind into a deeper sense of calm and relaxation.
