Our mission is to maintain a therapeutic space that fosters connection, healing, empowerment, and transformation so that our clients can navigate life with confidence and resilience.
NBalance offers a multitude of class modalities, including yoga (heated and non-heated), TRX, functional fitness, and SPIN classes, as well as private and semi-private classes. By combining flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training, we are able to integrate the mind, body, spirit approach under one roof. We understand that one size does not fit all and that’s why the adaptability of our program is so unique, and we strive to accommodate the unique needs of each of our clients to create a wellness program that is sustainable for them.
Diversity is also reflected in the backgrounds of our instructors and their teaching styles. Many of us have had a daily practice for years, some for decades, and each instructor brings their own unique training background to the studio including lineages such as Ashtanga, Baptiste, Hatha, Tantra, and more. Not only are we instructors, but we are students and practitioners who continue to learn from our teachers. We truly believe that we grow stronger as individuals and as a community when we grow together.
