Bio
I had always been very active, but ankle problems forced me to stop playing sports unless I underwent surgery. I began exploring new ways to move my body and discovered yoga in high school, continuing through college and becoming a teacher by graduation. I’ve since combined my passions for travel and yoga by training in India, teaching in Thailand, and now leading classes in Tennessee. This is just the beginning of my journey, and I’m excited to see where yoga will take me.
