I found this studio right after finishing Ranger School. If you’re familiar with the course, it takes a massive toll on your body, so I thought I’d try yoga to keep me focused on mobility. What I was not expecting was the straight up healing that came. I can only explain it as “unpacking trauma” that I didnt even realize I was still carrying. In my first class, as each minute went by and with each breath I could feel my body release it. I have never been into yoga or meditation, but this studio was truly healing for me.
